Hedges Seek Haven in Big Tech, Top 10 Holdings Jumped to 70%

Hedge funds increased tech and consumer holdings, while cutting energy and materials positions. The average weightings of top 10 holdings jumped to 70% in the three months ended June. They are betting on pricing climbing back to levels seen at the start of the pandemic.

Amazon surpassed Microsoft as the most popular long position.
